This week I celebrated a birthday and i’ve been reflecting on some of my daily habits that have been of great help and healing to me.
Practice meditation - learn to be present in the moment and learn to focus the mind through meditation - I meditate daily for at least 20 minutes.
Create a morning ritual that I love - I call mine my hour of power and it includes drinking my morning coffee, meditation, writing in a journal, and exercise
Create a sacred space that inspires and delights
Practice grounding through Qi gong exercise or walking/hiking in nature
Use your awareness like a flashlight ~ Srikumar Rao
(Use emotions as a navigation system as described in the book Ask and Its is Given by Esther and Jerry Hicks)Focus on the steps of the journey and not on the final outcome
Discover and change self limiting beliefs and the stories I tell myself
Feed my mind, body and soul with positive messages - My thoughts create my reality
Follow your bliss in the day to day routines of everyday life. Do what brings you joy. My life is made up of these tiny, every day moments.
